Our products ship from our small San Francisco studio where we lovingly design your pieces. In an effort to protect our wonderful, small team ship twice per week. If you need something sooner, please send us a message: shop@cocoacentric.com. We are here to help and are grateful for your support during this challenging time.

 

Shipment, Orders and Returns

  • Please allow 3-5 days for merchandise to be prepared & shipped.  Custom order require 7-10 days to ship

    Standard Shipping 5-7 business days Flat Rate $8.00  
    2 Day Shipping Priority Flat Rate $12.00 Free Shipping Orders $150 or more 

    *Please allow 10-14 days for wholesale orders to be shipped

    *We do not currently ship internationally

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. If you have not received this email please check your spam or junk email. If still nothing feel free to contact shop@cocoacentric.com check on the status of your order.

  • If you need to cancel or change your order, please notify shop@cocoacentric.com before 3pm PST on the date in which the order was placed. Kindly note that once you receive your final confirmation email with tracking information, we may not be able to change your order.

  • Shop with confidence: We allow merchandise to be returned or exchanged FREE within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. We do not offer price adjustments on promotions or sale items. To initiate an exchange/return please email cocoa@cocoacentric.com. We stand-by our quality and craftsmanship of our merchandise. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE *unless items arrive damaged or defective.

  • Yes! To have your purchase gift-wrapped, check the “This Is A Gift” box when viewing your cart at checkout. A blank field will appear below where you can enter a personalized note for us to include with the gift, if you would like.

  • Please contact us at shop@cocoacentric.com if you do not receive your package after a reasonable period of time. COCOACENTRIC is not responsible for packages once they have been consigned to a carrier for delivery to your shipping address. However, we would be happy to contact the carrier to inquire after your package.

  • COCOACENTRIC products are handcrafted and curated from the finest materials. Any inconsistencies in the components are natural characteristics of the materials and should not be considered defects.

  • Our designs primarily utilize acrylic, brass, 14 & 18k Gold plating, stainless steel and sterling silver materials.

    We use metals that are skin sensitive, hypoallergenic & nickel free.
