NEW YEAR, TO LET GO!

“There’s Nothing Magical About January 1st”

 Don’t get me wrong, I love the start of a new year the way you love a fresh new pair of your fav kicks. 

But, I also live in the real world where the worry of social upheaval, racial discomfort, and a pandemic -not to mention an overwhelm of internal struggles that don’t seem to clear out with the proverbial “reset button” of a new year.

So if you are going into the new year feeling “behind” already because you haven't had much time to process and plan, please extend yourself the grace to let that go. There is nothing magical about January 1. 

You can be intentional and start fresh in your own way, at any time.”
